800 gr. turkey
500 gr. onions
1 green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup tomato purée
1 diced carrot
1 bay leaf
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon red pepper
½ teaspoon caraway
Preparation of Turkey Goulash With Onions :
First, preheat cooking oil in a pot and then add chopped onions, chopped green pepper and diced carrot.
Add turkey meat that is previously cut in big pieces, all after the abovementioned ingredients are sir-fried for a while.
When meat is also stir-fried, pour water into the pot so that it covers the meat, and then add abovementioned spices: bay leaf, rosemary, black pepper, caraway, red pepper, and last but not least, tomato purée.
Finally, add some salt, put the lid, and stew it all at low temperature for approximately an hour.
