Triple meat and Gouda cheese recipe is something special that must be tried.
Since the recipe includes three types of meat, it really does sound complicated, but trust me the truth is different.

Ingredients for triple meat and Gouda cheese recipe :
1 kg. chicken steak
1 kg. pork
700 gr. mixed ground meat
700 gr fresh mushrooms
3 bulbs of onion
10 thin slices Gouda cheese
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 cup white wine
1 fresh rosemary sprig
Preparation of triple meat and Gouda cheese recipe :
First, prepare the three types of meat:
– Use mixed ground meat to make small meat balls
– Use chicken steaks to make thin meat slices
– Use pork meat to make small meat dices
Preheat cooking oil in a frying pan and drop meat balls to sauté for a while.
Take meat balls one after another when they turn brown, and then put pork meat into the same frying pan to sauté as well.
Finally, put chicken steak to sauté into the same frying pan.
Then also put finely cut onion to sauté into the same pan, after you complete the process of all three types of meat, and add the thinly sliced mushrooms to sauté as well.
While frying onion and mushrooms, add the tree types of meat into it, fry them for a while, and arrange it into a roasting tray.
Also add spices, and then pour one cup of white wine onto it.
Put thin slices of Gouda cheese onto the meat, cover the roasting tray with an aluminum foil and roast into the oven for about an hour at 180 C.
Serve triple meat with fresh salad and a glass of white wine.
