6 bell peppers
300 gr. mushrooms
1 cup of rice
Preparation of Tasty Stuffed Bell Peppers With Mushrooms and Rice :
Wash the bell peppers, cut off their stems and remove the seeds, and then put them to a larger plate.
Cut the onion, carrots, mushrooms and celery, into fine pieces aside, and fry them at low temperature until it becomes soft. Add salt, black pepper, mix well, and then fill the bell peppers.
Cover bell peppers holes with tomatoes ”caps”, sprinkle with tomato juice or water and cook them on moderate fire, about ½ hours.
Then bake in the oven for about half an hour.
