3 medium-sized zucchini

300 gr cream cheese

2 tablespoons finely cut dried tomato

Then, carve each piece of zucchini you’ve cut so that it gets its shape of a boat.

Sauté sesame at low temperature for a while until it gets brown and releases some of its aroma.

Put cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, dried tomato and the sautéed sesame in another bowl.

Stir entire mixture well, and stuff the zucchini with it.

Arrange the roasting tray in which you’ll roast the zucchini with aluminum foil, pour some olive oil on it and arrange the zucchini at last.

Healthy Energy Bar Recipe is one of my latest recipes, and to be honest I remained fascinated from the very first time I’ve prepared.

I was amazed by the taste of Healthy Energy Bar Recipe which is quite rich and full of different seeds that come as an addition to the basic taste of wine into a dough.

What can I say? You just have to try only one bar, and your plate will be immediately emptied.

Ingredients you need to prepare Healthy Energy Bar Recipe:

600 gr. integral flour – at your own choice

400 gr. regular white flour

250 ml. red wine

250 gr. cooking oil

Baking powder

80 gr. flax seed

100 gr. previously fried sesame

100 gr. sunflower seed

1 tablespoon salt

Preparation of Healthy Energy Bar Recipe:

First, put dried ingredients into a large bowl, and mix well so that they conjoin together.

Then, put both cooking oil and wine into another bowl, stir continually, and pour the dried ingredients into the wine.

Start kneading with your own head when it gets the shape of a dough.

The dough itself must be well processed in order to become harder.

Divide the dough into two equal halves, and then stretch one crust with a rolling pin that has to be for 1 cm thick.

Then, cut the dough into bars, or you can just make many other shapes. The choice is yours.

Put Energy Bar onto a baking tray that is previously covered with a baking paper.

Finally, bake at 180-200 C for approximately half an hour.

I can officially introduce this recipe as one of many kinds that use phyllo dough sheets, a recipe I always enjoy preparing and I want to share the secret Ingredients with you.

Ingredients you need to prepare phyllo dough recipe:

½ kg. phyllo dough sheets

4 eggs

1 baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

500ml yogurt

½ cup cooking oil

500gr. cheese

50gr. sesame

Preparation of phyllo dough:

Start preparation with dividing egg yolks from egg whites.

Mix egg whites into blender to increase their volume, but make sure you don’t make them completely hard.

Add yolks one by one, with mixing it continually.

Switch off blender and move on.

Put baking powder into the same mixture.

Next, add yogurt, and then add cooking oil and some salt.

Mix it all well.

Grease baking tray, into which you prepare phyllo dough sheets, with butter.

Spread one dough sheet onto the greased baking tray. This sheet serves as a base for all further sheets.

Take one dough sheet by another and easily set onto the base sheet into the baking tray.

I would also recommend that no matter how you’ve managed to arrange dough sheets, make sure you don’t cram much into it.

You can also shape dough balls or simply shape them such as squeezebox.

The choice is on your own. Just choose the easiest way for you.

Chop cheese onto phyllo dough sheets.

Pour egg filling onto the cheese, but make sure you’ve spread it equally all over the cheese.

Shake the baking tray slightly.

Sprinkle some sesame all over the sheets and put the tray aside.

Preheat oven at 200 C, and put baking tray into it when the temperature is reached.

Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
