It’s easy and fast to prepare and will not take much of your free time, and believe me you will really enjoy its taste.

Juicy Minced Meat Cake Recipe

Ingredients for Juicy Minced Meat Cake Recipe :

800 g of minced meat

1 egg

piece of bread

2 small onions

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup spoons chopped parsley

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tablespoon pepper

1 tsp red pepper

1/2 tsp

1 teaspoon mixed dry spice


For Above Juicy Minced Meat Cake Recipe:

500 gr, potatoes

1 tablespoon butter

to taste salt, pepper and grated nutmeg

Optional : broccoli, cauliflower, boiled carrots, cooked peas

For overflowing:

2 eggs

50 g fine grated Parmesan


Preparation of Juicy Minced Meat Cake Recipe :

Put the bread in a little milk to soften it, finely chop the onions and garlic.

Place the meat in the bowl, add the egg, the bread extruded from milk, onions, garlic and all other spices. Mix the mixture to smooth.

Sprinkle the small pan with a little butter and sprinkle it with a bowl. Place the meat and steam it steadily and level it with a spoon.

Place it in a heated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, peel the potatoes, cut them on tiles and make them soften. Drain them from the water, add the butter, the spices to taste and let them get puree.

Broccoli, carrots, peas and cauliflower are cooked in boiling water for 3-4 minutes to soften and drain.

Place puree in a cooking syringe.

Mix eggs and cheese with a fork.

Once the meat has been baked, remove it from the oven and apply the steam on the edge of the meat. In the middle, alternately arrange the broccoli and cauliflower and pour over the overflow.

Return them in the oven to seal for about 15-20 minutes, until the egg is firm.

Preparation of Perfect Baked Potato Recipe :

Boil potatoes on low temperature until just tender, then peel off the cooked skin of the potatoes.

Cut potatoes in half or quarters and place them in a baking pan.

Add the rest of the ingredients: green onions, garlic, rosemary, paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper, and mix well.

Sprinkle grated cheese on the top of the potatoes and bake them in oven about 30 minutes on 200 degrees.

Potato croquettes stuffed with Vienna sausage is one of my favorite recipes that I often prepare.

Many people that have tried so far, remained absolutely amazed by its unique taste.

My children really adore it, moreover all my guests I invite at my house, always ask me to prepare potato croquettes at any occasion.

Just try them, they are easy to prepare, quite cheap, and plates are always emptied within a second.

Let’s start with the recipe!

Ingredients you need to prepare potato croquettes :

1 kg. boiled potatoes

350 gr. Vienna sausages

4 tablespoons white flour

2 eggs

100 gr. breadcrumbs

Preparation of potato croquettes :

First, boil potatoes, and then blend them well so that no nuggets remain into the potatoes.

Then, add some flour into the boiled potatoes, salt, black pepper, and add spices at your own liking.

Frankly, I use to add just some oregano into this recipe, but you can also add many spices if you want.

Whether you’ve put additional spices or not, you won’t regret since their basic flavor is quite rich and doesn’t need some special spices.

Just put some salt and black pepper – it is quite enough.

Stir potato pure well, after you’ve put the spices, so that you get a consistent mixture.

Cut Vienna sausages into several pieces depending on their length.

Put some oil on your hand, take some of the potato puree, and put a piece of the sausage into the middle.

Wrap the sausage well into the potato, so that it closes equally from the both sides.

Drop such shaped croquettes into whisked eggs, and roll them into breadcrumbs.

Deep-fry potato croquettes into cooking oil at medium temperature until they become brown at both sides and create themselves some thin crust.

Put deep-fried croquettes onto a napkin so that they release the surplus of grease.

They can be combined with many kinds of salads, spreads, whatever you combine them, you won’t make a mistake.

Bacon wrapped potatoes recipe is a recipe that I warmly recommend since it evokes human senses in these cold periods.

Preparation of bacon wrapped potatoes recipe:

First, wash potatoes well to remove the dirt, since you roast them with their skin unpeeled.

In case you need, also brush them while washing under a flush of water.

Put aside potatoes to strain and dry the water from washing.

I would also add that I prefer using flat potatoes when preparing the recipe.

Cut potatoes in two halves along their length, and make cuts inside of them onto which you sprinkle some salt.

I usually put some salt, but if you prefer some spice of your own, feel free to use it.

Put bacon onto one of the potato halves, and the other half at the top, and fasten both halves using toothpick.

Wrap each potato with an aluminum foil and make sure you’ve covered both parts.

Arrange potatoes into a roasting tray and roast for an hour or more, which depends on the potatoes volume.

It is served warm, combined with a glass of fine red wine.

Preparation of Delicious Pork Stew Recipe :

I would recommend that all vegetables picked must be chopped into small cubes.

First, put both finely cut onion and pepper into a pan and fry them into preheated cooking oil.

Add finely cut carrot when onion is fried well and gets some yellow color.

When carrot is also fried, add finely chopped pork meat and all the other vegetables sequentially.

Vegetables that are added at the end are the eggplant, okras and marrow.

Then, pour some water into the bowl so that it covers the vegetables, cover it with a lid or some aluminum foil, and stew it for approximately an hour and 30 minutes.

Check occasionally if vegetables are boiled enough, since such dish needs to be soft and juicy, but be careful the vegetables do not lose their shape.

When entire preparation comes to an end, remove the lid, and finally, roast it for additional 10 minutes.

Meatballs&Grated Potatoes

Meatballs&Grated Potatoes I’ve just prepared for lunch, perfectly fit into my summer cooking menu.

Once you’ll try it, you’ll remain speechless.

Such quantity of meatballs prepared with not many ingredients manages to satisfy entire family.

Its preparation is easy and doesn’t take much of your free time.

Meatballs&Grated Potatoes


Ingredients you need to prepare Meatballs&Grated Potatoes:

300 gr. ground meat (type of meat is optional)

500 gr. potatoes

1 carrot

1 bulb of onion

2-3 tablespoons bread crumps

1 egg

2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Some ground caraway

1-2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil

Chili (optional)


Black pepper

Preparation of Meatballs&Grated Potatoes:

First, peel fresh potatoes, and grate both potatoes and carrot.

Put grated potatoes and carrot onto some cotton towel, and squeeze well so that water that washed them disappears well.

Prepare a deep bowl and put the ground meat into it.

Then, add finely grated onion into the ground meat.

Add the rest of the ingredients, and keep stirring until all ingredients conjoin well.

In case “dough” remains thinner, add one additional tablespoon bread crumps.

Scoop some of the meat mixture with a tablespoon, and shape meatballs with your own hand.

Roll shaped meatballs into flour, and deep-fry into preheated cooking oil.

At the end, put meatballs onto a paper napkin when ready so that entire grease surplus completely comes out.

Meatballs&Grated Potatoes can be served with some season salad, but today I choose the tartar sauce I’ve prepared, which perfectly fits into it.
