Try to prepare and believe me you’ll just keep having it on the menu since its taste will make you feel amazed.

Ingredients for Fantastic pasta & tomato sauce meatballs :

600 gr. fresh tomatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

Half teaspoon sugar

Finely cut fresh basil leaves

400 gr. ground meat

1 grated onion

1 grated carrot

3 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons cooking oil

Baking powder


Black pepper

Some dried oregano

Boiled pasta (optional)

Preparation of Fantastic pasta & tomato sauce meatballs :

The preparation of such recipe starts with cutting each tomato into four quadrants, and then boiling such prepared tomatoes in some oil, with some sugar and salt added to it as well.

If the mixture is turning out too much thick, you can also add some more water while boiling.

In meanwhile, prepare the meatballs while the tomato sauce is still boiling.

Then, put ground meat in a bowl, add both grated onion and grated carrots, and finally add some cooking oil and some salt and black pepper.

Stir entire mixture well, shape some small meatballs, and refrigerate for approximately an hour.

After a while, fry the meatballs with some cooking oil, with making sure entire meatballs are fried well.

Then, add fried meatballs in tomato sauce and stew for approximately 15 minutes at medium temperature.

Boil pasta in a salted water, and then strain the surplus of water.

Many different types of pasta are available for the recipe, such as macaroni, rigatoni, tagliatelle or spaghetti.

In case you don’t like much pasta, you can freely skip them, but believe me such recipe is the full hit only when prepared with pasta.

This recipe is one of those that really fascinate me.

Few days ago, I went to a friend of mine I haven’t seen for a long time, and I tried this meatballs and béchamel combination for the first time.

An extraordinary recipe!

Definitely, number one!

As you know, I’m always amazed by recipes in which you can combine many ingredients, or exclude and add ingredients on my own.

It is a recipe that you can easily experiment with, and adjust to your own taste.

Today I’m presenting the recipe in a way my friend does. The recipe goes this way:

Ingredients you need to prepare the meatballs:

500 gr ground meat

1 egg

small bulb of grated or finely cut onion

1 tablespoon finely cut fresh parsley

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon baking powder


black pepper

some cooking oil

Preparation of meatballs:

First, put all ingredients into a bowl and stir well so that you get a consistent meat mixture.

Create small meatballs using your hands when it is all mixed, and deep-fry for a while into preheated cooking oil.

Ingredients you need to prepare the béchamel sauce:

6 tablespoons flour

100gr. butter

3-4 tablespoons parmesan

600ml. milk

4 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons mustard

Preparation of béchamel sauce:

First, melt butter at low temperature, then add the finely cut garlic, and stir-fry.

Add flour when garlic is stir-fried, and stir-fry it too with stirring continually.

When flour changes its color, or when it is stir-fried as well, put frying pan away from the cooker, and add milk slowly with simultaneous stirring, so that it does not create some clods.

Put the frying pan back on the cooker so that it steams for a while, and add the parmesan and mustard.

You can also add some salt and pepper if you like.

I would emphasize that the original recipe for meatballs with béchamel sauce requires some 600 ml milk, but if you prefer it thinner, feel free to add some more milk.

Pour béchamel sauce into a roasting tray, arrange meatballs onto it, and then pour the cooking oil into which meatballs were deep-fried.

Sprinkle entire roasting tray with some more parmesan, and put into a preheated oven to roast at 200 C degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Tomato sauce recipe for meatballs is one of those recipes that will always be present at your weekly menu.

The preparation of this meal is according to my friend’s recipe, which I started preparing long time ago.

Just try it and its taste will make you feel amazed.

Ingredients for Tomato sauce recipe for meatballs :

300 gr. ground meat

150 ml. tomato sauce

Around 2 L water

1 egg

bulb of onion

1 cup of rice

A piece of stale bread

5 tablespoons bread crumbs

2 tablespoons flour

Cooking oil


Tomato sauce recipe for meatballs

black pepper

dried peppermint

dried oregano

some garlic powder

2-3 laurel leaves

Preparation of Tomato sauce recipe for meatballs :

First, put ground meat into a bowl, and then add the egg, bread crumbs, rice, finely cut onion, bread, salt and black pepper.

Stir all ingredients well until you get a conjoined mixture.

Then, create some small meat balls and then shape them using your own hand.

Choose the meat balls volume as you like it. I usually prepare 10 meat balls out of such quantity.

Put around 2 L water into a pot, add the tomato sauce, and boil water at medium temperature.

Drop each meat ball one by one when water and tomato sauce are boiled.

Then, boil meat balls into it for approximately 40 minutes until rice they contain becomes completely boiled.

Preheat cooking oil into frying pan, fry the flour for a while, and pour into the water where you’ve boiled the meat balls.

Add some salt and rest of the spices if required.

Finally, boil entire mixture for a while, and then put aside.

Meatballs&Grated Potatoes

Meatballs&Grated Potatoes I’ve just prepared for lunch, perfectly fit into my summer cooking menu.

Once you’ll try it, you’ll remain speechless.

Such quantity of meatballs prepared with not many ingredients manages to satisfy entire family.

Its preparation is easy and doesn’t take much of your free time.

Meatballs&Grated Potatoes


Ingredients you need to prepare Meatballs&Grated Potatoes:

300 gr. ground meat (type of meat is optional)

500 gr. potatoes

1 carrot

1 bulb of onion

2-3 tablespoons bread crumps

1 egg

2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Some ground caraway

1-2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil

Chili (optional)


Black pepper

Preparation of Meatballs&Grated Potatoes:

First, peel fresh potatoes, and grate both potatoes and carrot.

Put grated potatoes and carrot onto some cotton towel, and squeeze well so that water that washed them disappears well.

Prepare a deep bowl and put the ground meat into it.

Then, add finely grated onion into the ground meat.

Add the rest of the ingredients, and keep stirring until all ingredients conjoin well.

In case “dough” remains thinner, add one additional tablespoon bread crumps.

Scoop some of the meat mixture with a tablespoon, and shape meatballs with your own hand.

Roll shaped meatballs into flour, and deep-fry into preheated cooking oil.

At the end, put meatballs onto a paper napkin when ready so that entire grease surplus completely comes out.

Meatballs&Grated Potatoes can be served with some season salad, but today I choose the tartar sauce I’ve prepared, which perfectly fits into it.

Meatball recipe and how do I prepare it !

Nowadays you can easily find thousands of meatball recipes, prepared in many other ways.
Some people use to fry, or roast, others add various products.

Everyone prepare on their own way and own taste.

Today I’ve decided to present two ways in which I prepare and serve meatballs.

300gr./10.5 oz ground meat

2 eggs

2 bulbs of grated onion

250ml./1 cup cold water

7 tbsp flour

baking powder

Salt, black pepper

Finely cut parsley

Preparation :

Put the ground meat into a large bowl, and grate the onion.

Whisk the eggs aside, add water and pour onto the ground meat, and add the other products as well.

Mix it all well, and put into refrigerator for approximately one hour.

This way of preparation requires an ice cream scoop spoon that must be greased well.

After the mixture is cool enough, scoop one ball and put slowly into a cooking oil.

Put all fried meatballs on a napkin, to make them less greased.

Put all prepared meatballs on sticks.

Serve them with French fries, ketchup or some gyro toppings as an addition.

1 bulb of onion

1 green pepper

600gr./21.1 oz tomatoes

7-8 leaves basil

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp sugar

Salt and black pepper (optional)


Put the tomatoes into boiling water for several seconds, to remove the peel easily.

Blend them or chop into small pieces.

Chop the green pepper and the onion aside, and fry them in cooking oil.

Add tomatoes after they fry well, and put them to broil at low fire.

Add spices after you make sure that the water is boiled down.

Mix well, and put the previously prepared meatballs one after another.

Broil for a while at low fire, so that meatballs absorb some of the tomato sauce.

Put basil leaves onto the meatballs as a decoration.
