For a flavorsome vegan dessert I have not heard!

So many times I have prepared this recipe for the past month, which I have completely changed and adjusted the recipe for my needs.

The original recipe was 200 grams of dates, about 800 ml of water and lemon juice, but it was very diluted, the combination that I got over time is more appropriate for me and my family.

That is all!

Ingredients for Healthy Dessert :

200 gr. dates

water as much as to overflow them

lemon juice (or as needed)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Preparation of Healthy Dessert :

It is expressly done if you have a good blender. Just place the dates, water and lemon juice in a blender and blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.

If you are not in a hurry with the praparation, then dip the dates in warm water as much as to cover them and let them stay overnight.

The next day, remove them from the water, mix them well with a fork and then add the water and the lemon juice.

The amount of dates I adjusted according to my needs, the water is added as needed to overflow, and the lemon juice can be omitted, but a super flavor when is obtained with it.

If you want the cream to be thick and not liquid, then reduce the amount of water.

We use it for sweetening: in tea, coffee, like jam in pancakes and bread, or freeze it and you get a great ice cream – just as you wish. There is no sugar, but it is a real dessert with its sweetness.

Store Healthy Dessert in a refrigerator, in a glass jar.

Place the butter in a pan and heat it. Add the mixture and fry it on both sides.

Healthy Pizza Recipe is the real choice when you want to try something easy,healthy, but quite tasty at the same time.

Today I’ve decided to present the way I prepare such kind of healthy pizza.

In this Healthy Pizza Recipe you can use various kinds of vegetables, just evoke your imagination and prepare something healthy but also delicious.

The period of preparation of this recipe takes little longer as usual, since healthy pizza is prepared with raw, unprocessed ingredients.

Ingredients you need to prepare the Healthy Pizza Recipe dough:

300 gr. flour

150 ml. yogurt

½ teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons cooking oil

A pinch of sugar

Baking powder

Preparation of Healthy Pizza Recipe dough:

First, complete all dried ingredients and mix well.

Then, add both yogurt and cooking oil, and knead the dough well.

Shape small dough balls, and stretch them with a rolling pin in order to get the necessary thickness and volume of the dough.

Grease pizza baking tray with a cooking oil and sprinkle it with some flour.

Bake the dough into oven around 7-8 minutes at 220 C.

Take the dough out of the oven after it is ready, and put all remaining products that are used for pizza preparation.

2 boiled carrots

100 gr. boiled spinach

100 gr. boiled corn

Homemade ketchup – to coat the pizza

Mustard – optional

200 gr. mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

First, wash spinach well, cut it finely, and boil it together with the broccoli.

Cut the carrots aside into small rounds, and add them to the corn in case you use a raw corn.

Coat the pizza dough with homemade ketchup when the dough has already baked. Today I’ve mixed ketchup and mustard together.

Arrange the top of the pizza with the vegetables you’ve previously prepared after you’ve coat the pizza.

Add pieces of mozzarella cheese in addition to vegetables, then add a few olives, and sprinkle it all with oregano.

Put pizza back into the oven, and bake for a while so that mozzarella cheese melts well.

This is the choice of vegetables I’ve made for today. If you have your own vegetables, don’t hesitate to combine, add or shorten various products.

You will be pleasantly surprised with this Vegan Dessert !

To be honest, when I first taste this vegan dessert, I was pleasantly surprised so I decided to share it with you.

Believe it or not,  you need only five minutes to prepare this vegan dessert and nothing more.

Several things you need to prepare this vegan dessert :

-300gr. dark chocolate

-180gr. peanut butter

– 50gr. roasted nuts

(you can also prepare it with some walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, or you can even put some dried fruit).

Instruction:
Put the peanut butter into a bowl and melt it on low-temperature while turn it liquid.

Grate the chocolate and add it into the butter.

Mix it into the bowl in order to get consistent mixture of the two ingredients.

And at the end when it is almost done, add the nuts before putting away the bowl from the cooker.

Prepare a square bowl, wrap it with aluminum foil and pour the mixture in it.

Wait for the bowl to cool and put it in a fridge. Keep it there for two or three hours.

After it is cooled enough, cut it into cubes and serve it.

Trust me,  you will be delighted by its wonderful taste.
