If you like minced meat like me, then I’m pleased to present my favorite Juicy Minced Meat Cake Recipe.

It’s easy and fast to prepare and will not take much of your free time, and believe me you will really enjoy its taste.

Juicy Minced Meat Cake Recipe

Ingredients for Juicy Minced Meat Cake Recipe :

800 g of minced meat

1 egg

piece of bread

2 small onions

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup spoons chopped parsley

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tablespoon pepper

1 tsp red pepper

1/2 tsp

1 teaspoon mixed dry spice

 

For Above Juicy Minced Meat Cake Recipe:

500 gr, potatoes

1 tablespoon butter

to taste salt, pepper and grated nutmeg

Optional : broccoli, cauliflower, boiled carrots, cooked peas

For overflowing:

2 eggs

50 g fine grated Parmesan

ketchup

Preparation of Juicy Minced Meat Cake Recipe :

Put the bread in a little milk to soften it, finely chop the onions and garlic.

Place the meat in the bowl, add the egg, the bread extruded from milk, onions, garlic and all other spices. Mix the mixture to smooth.

Sprinkle the small pan with a little butter and sprinkle it with a bowl. Place the meat and steam it steadily and level it with a spoon.

Place it in a heated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, peel the potatoes, cut them on tiles and make them soften. Drain them from the water, add the butter, the spices to taste and let them get puree.

Broccoli, carrots, peas and cauliflower are cooked in boiling water for 3-4 minutes to soften and drain.

Place puree in a cooking syringe.

Mix eggs and cheese with a fork.

Once the meat has been baked, remove it from the oven and apply the steam on the edge of the meat. In the middle, alternately arrange the broccoli and cauliflower and pour over the overflow.

Return them in the oven to seal for about 15-20 minutes, until the egg is firm.

Tip

The original recipe was without the roasting of meat. But I was afraid that the meat would not be roasted, and that’s why I first baked it.

You can freely experiment with its ingredients, adjusting them to your own liking.

In case you don’t like much piquant food, just drop chili peppers and that’s it.

Ingredients for Ground Meat Piquant Pizza :

Pizza dough

500 gr ground meat

1 bulb of onion

3-4 chili peppers

300 gr sautéed mushrooms

250 gr. parmesan

300 ml. tomato ketchup

Dried oregano

Salt

Black pepper

Garlic powder

Olive oil

Healthy Pizza Recipe

Preparation of Ground Meat Piquant Pizza :

First, stir-fry finely cut onion in a frying pan, and then add ground meat.

Add some salt, black pepper while meat is stir-frying, and also add some garlic powder.

When meat juice boils down completely, remove the pan aside to cool down for a while.

I would say that such meat quantity serves to prepare 3 medium sized pizzas.

Then, coat each dough pizza with a thick layer of tomato ketchup.

Arrange ground meat onto the pizza, and sprinkle it with parmesan.

To make things easier for you, feel free to add ketchup into the meat, mix it well, and fill pizza dough with such prepared meat mixture.

Arrange mushrooms and finely cut chili peppers as well, and sprinkle entire pizza with some dried oregano.

Finally, bake such prepared Ground Meat Piquant Pizza at 250 C for about 15 minutes.

Tomato sauce recipe for meatballs

Tomato sauce recipe for meatballs is one of those recipes that will always be present at your weekly menu.

An extraordinary recipe, which taste evokes all human senses.

The preparation of this meal is according to my friend’s recipe, which I started preparing long time ago.

Just try it and its taste will make you feel amazed.

Ingredients for Tomato sauce recipe for meatballs :

300 gr. ground meat

150 ml. tomato sauce

Around 2 L water

1 egg

bulb of onion

1 cup of rice

A piece of stale bread

5 tablespoons bread crumbs

2 tablespoons flour

Cooking oil

salt

dried peppermint

dried oregano

some garlic powder

2-3 laurel leaves

Preparation of Tomato sauce recipe for meatballs :

First, put ground meat into a bowl, and then add the egg, bread crumbs, rice, finely cut onion, bread, salt and black pepper.

Stir all ingredients well until you get a conjoined mixture.

Then, create some small meat balls and then shape them using your own hand.

Choose the meat balls volume as you like it. I usually prepare 10 meat balls out of such quantity.

Put around 2 L water into a pot, add the tomato sauce, and boil water at medium temperature.

Drop each meat ball one by one when water and tomato sauce are boiled.

Then, boil meat balls into it for approximately 40 minutes until rice they contain becomes completely boiled.

Preheat cooking oil into frying pan, fry the flour for a while, and pour into the water where you’ve boiled the meat balls.

Add some salt and rest of the spices if required.

Finally, boil entire mixture for a while, and then put aside.

Today I suggest ground meat roulade as an ideal choice for your upcoming lunch.

Its preparation won’t take much of your free time, and you’ll get some tasteful meal for you and your family.

Shall we start?

Ingredients for ground meat roulade :

500 gr. ground meat

1 bulb grated onion

1 clove of fine-cut garlic

30 ml. cooking oil

1 egg

2 tablespoons bread crumbs

5 hard-boiled eggs

Salt

Black pepper

½ teaspoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon fine-cut parsley

Baking powder

1 cup white wine

Preparation of ground meat roulade :

First, boil 5 eggs, remove their shell and put aside to get the eggs cool.

While eggs are cooling down, prepare ground meat.

Put ground meat into a suitable bowl, and add one fresh egg.

Add fine-cut garlic and grated onion into the ground meat.

Add all ingredients we mentioned above, mix the whole mixture well, so that all ingredients conjoin and the mixture itself becomes consistent.

Grease the cooking table with some cooking oil and shape the ground meat into rectangle.

Arrange the boiled eggs into the middle, one by another.

Close the roulade with its side parts so that eggs are completely covered.

Make sure you’ve closed the roulade well, so that the eggs remain completely into the roulade.

Put 2 tablespoons butter and 1 cup white wine into the roasting bowl.

Rearrange the roulade into the roasting bowl carefully.

Sometimes I use to shape roulades onto a previously cooking oil greased baking paper.

This way you easily remove roulade into the roasting bowl with simply rolling into it.

Roast ground meat roulade at 200 C for approximately 40 minutes.

Pour white wine occasionally onto the ground meat roulade while it roasts into cooking oil.

Serve ground meat roulade with the same topping we mentioned at gyro recipe.

At the end have a glass fine white wine.
