To prepare spinach quiche, believe me you need 10 minutes, half an hour to bake, so that in 45 minutes you have your own perfectly prepared homemade meal.
1 cup of milk
½ cup of cooking oil
1 cup grated cheese
9 tbsp flour
500gr./17.6 oz spinach
1 bulb of onion
50 gr./1.76 oz sesame
Wash the spinach and pour it with boiling water, and put it aside for 2-3 minutes to soften.
Fry the onion with some cooking oil, and add the spinach that became softer, to fry as well.
Whisk the egg whites into a bowl aside, until they become hard, and then add the yolks one after another with the food mixer switched on.
Add the cooking oil, the milk and the flour after the eggs are whisked well, and mix it all with baking powder.
Switch off the food mixer, and add the grated cheese.
Put all the mixture into previously greased baking tray, and sprinkle it with sesame.
Bake at 200 C for approximately half an hour.
