500 gr. finely cut spinach
300 gr. flour
250 ml. milk
50 ml. olive oil
200 gr. chopped feta cheese
2 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation of Spinach And Feta Cheese Juicy Muffins :
First, put eggs into a bowl and start whisking, than add both the oil and milk, and whisk it all well.
Cut parsley well, add the chopped feta cheese, and put it into the whisked eggs.
Put all dry ingredients such as flour, baking powder, salt and black pepper into another bowl.
Mix it all well, then add it to the mixture you’ve already prepared, and finally stir well again.
Grease muffin moulds with cooking oil and fill them with the mixture.
Bake at 200 C for about half an hour.
