250 gr. grated cookies

100 gr. powdered sugar

100 gr. crushed nuts

100 ml. water

1 tablespoon coffee

100 g butter

100 g of powdered sugar

1 tablespoon cocoa

Preparation of Roulade With Cookies And Coffee:

In a deeper bowl, break the cookies, and add the walnuts and powdered sugar.

Dissolve the coffee in the water and add it to the mixture. Mix well with your hand until you get a nice compact mass.

In another bowl with a mixer, rub the butter with powdered sugar and cocoa.

Align a piece of aluminum foil on a flat surface, then spread the mixture on a smooth layer of about 0.5-1 cm thick. Along the dough evenly distribute the filling and using the foil wrap the roll.

Put the dessert in the refrigerator to cool for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
