Meatballs&Grated Potatoes I’ve just prepared for lunch, perfectly fit into my summer cooking menu.
Once you’ll try it, you’ll remain speechless.
Such quantity of meatballs prepared with not many ingredients manages to satisfy entire family.
Its preparation is easy and doesn’t take much of your free time.
Ingredients you need to prepare Meatballs&Grated Potatoes:
300 gr. ground meat (type of meat is optional)
500 gr. potatoes
1 bulb of onion
2-3 tablespoons bread crumps
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Some ground caraway
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation of Meatballs&Grated Potatoes:
First, peel fresh potatoes, and grate both potatoes and carrot.
Put grated potatoes and carrot onto some cotton towel, and squeeze well so that water that washed them disappears well.
Prepare a deep bowl and put the ground meat into it.
Then, add finely grated onion into the ground meat.
Add the rest of the ingredients, and keep stirring until all ingredients conjoin well.
In case “dough” remains thinner, add one additional tablespoon bread crumps.
Scoop some of the meat mixture with a tablespoon, and shape meatballs with your own hand.
Roll shaped meatballs into flour, and deep-fry into preheated cooking oil.
At the end, put meatballs onto a paper napkin when ready so that entire grease surplus completely comes out.
Meatballs&Grated Potatoes can be served with some season salad, but today I choose the tartar sauce I’ve prepared, which perfectly fits into it.
