Believe me, the taste of juicy pork chops combined with mushrooms can hardly be compared to anything.
In case you don’t prefer much pork meat, you can also prepare such combination with different types of meat such as veal and chicken.
Start with chop preparation at first!
Ingredients for preparation of pork chops :
4 pork chops
Put the chops into a small plastic bag, and add all above mentioned ingredients.
Shake the plastic bag well so that both sides of the chops can be covered with all the ingredients.
Put it aside for 1-2 hours until they absorb all the spices aroma, put into a suitable bowl, and prepare the chops for roasting.
Pour one cup of water, put into oven and roast at 180 C approximately for one hour.
In meanwhile prepare mushrooms as a side dish.
500gr fresh mushrooms
1 bulb of onion
4 cloves of garlic
Prepare onion with carrot chopped into small cubes, and fry into cooking oil.
In meantime, wash the mushrooms and cut into fine slices.
Add mushrooms and fine-cut garlic when all the onion and carrot are fried well.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and keep on frying.
Mushrooms themselves produce some fine juice when frying, which makes their taste wonderful afterwards.
When all mushrooms juice disappears at last, add fine-cut parsley.
But let’s go back to the pork chops.
When almost ready, take away the bowl lid, and put again into oven so that pork chops roast for a while additionally.
Serve the pork chops with the mushrooms as an addition.
Combine with a season salad and a glass of fine wine.
