Ingredients for Olive Oil Mayonnaise Recipe :
2 egg yolks
2 teaspoons mustard
1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
300 ml. olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
Preparation of Olive Oil Mayonnaise Recipe :
First, put egg yolks into a mixing bowl. I would say that I myself use to prepare mayonnaise directly in the jar into which mayonnaise will be kept and stored.
So, whisk egg yolks along with all other ingredients, except for the olive oil.
Keep whisking all ingredients until both salt and sugar melt completely.
With blender still switched on, add the olive oil by pouring some slight flow of the oil itself.
Degust mayonnaise while it is getting the thickness required, and if you find it too thick, just add a few drops of water or add some more lemon juice.
