6 boneless pork chops
3-4 small onions
5-6 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons soy sauce
500 gr. sliced mushrooms
2 sliced carrots
1 green bell pepper
1 can tomato sauce
pinch of garlic powder
Preparation of pork chops recipe:
Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
On medium high heat, brown the pork chops in a skillet with cooking oil.
Do not allow to become dark, because the pork chops don’t need to be cooked – they will be finished in the oven.
Put pork chops into the crock pot, top them with onions, carrots and potatoes, bell pepper and sliced mushrooms, than add a tomato sauce over the pork chops and veggies.
Cover with a lid and cook them for 1 hour on low heat, till pork chops turns soft and tender.
