Today I am presenting some of the top dressings I often use to prepare.
No. 1 – Boiled vegetables salad dressing:
-200 ml. Sour cream
-100 gr. Cheese cream
-2 tablespoons butter
-2 tablespoons mustard
-1 tablespoon lemon juice
-Salt and black pepper
Preparation of such salad dressing is quite simple.
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and blend them until they conjoin well together.
No. 2 – Meat salad dressing:
-2-3 pieces scallion
-5 cloves of garlic
-150 gr. Cooking cream
-100 ml. White wine
-2 tablespoons mustard
-Lemon juice (optional)
First, fry finely cut scallion with butter, and then add the finely cut or mashed garlic.
Pour the sour cream, cooking cream and white wine when it is all fried well. Steam it at low temperature until they reach the required thickness, and put salt and black pepper at the end.
No. 3 – Pasta salad dressing:
1 cup of tomato juice
1 cup of water
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Some fresh basil
1 teaspoon salt
A pinch of sugar
1 tablespoon regular white flour
First, fry regular white flour into preheated cooking oil. Add gradually tomato juice, and then add water when flour is fired. Boil it until it gets the required thickness.
Add sugar and salt, and finally sprinkle it with some fresh basil when it is ready.
No. 4 – Fresh salad dressing:
3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
3 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons fried sesame
Finely cut parsley
Mix all ingredients together, and top onto the fresh vegetables.
All you need is a couple of minutes of your free time, so that you can easily engage into new culinary ventures.
