Ingredients you need to prepare caramel cream:
750 ml. milk
250 gr. brown sugar
a splash of sodium bicarbonate
some sea salt
Preparation of caramel cream:
First, put milk, sugar, salt and vanilla into a pot and boil until it reaches the thickness you require.
When the mixture reaches its thickness, add sodium bicarbonate, and quit boiling.
I would say that sodium bicarbonate is added if we want caramel cream to turn darker, so it is added optionally.
The most important matter when preparing caramel cream is that you have to stir until it is finished.
Finally, pour such prepared caramel cream into a jar and keep into refrigerator.
This dose is used to prepare two small jars of caramel cream.
