Homemade biscuit cookies recipe is the real choice when you want to surprise your children, but believe me you also won’t be able to resist.
This recipe is one of my many older recipes I really adore, and I often use them when I want to prepare something new for my children.
I would freely suggest making a double dose of these cookies, because once you make them and serve the plate on the table, it will immediately be emptied.

400 gr. flour
200 gr. sugar
200 gr. butter
Preparation of homemade biscuit cookies recipe:
First, I must say that you need to put aside butter at room temperature, so that it becomes soft, which can further be easily processed.
Put both eggs and sugar into a mixing bowl, blend them until they turn into a foam.
Then, put the dry ingredients such as flour, starch and baking powder into another bowl.
When eggs are completely mixed, move into gradually adding dry ingredients, and then add butter at the end.
Switch off blender, and knead the mixture with your own hand until it turns into a fine, soft and smooth dough.
Divide dough into two halves after you’ve kneaded well.
Roll each part of the dough with a rolling pin, with making it thick for a half cm.
Use cooking patterns, or a single glass to create various biscuit cookie shapes.
Put biscuit cookies into a baking tray, onto which you’ve previously set baking paper.
Make sure you make some 1 cm free space between cookies, because they increase their volume while baking.
Finally, bake cookies at 200 C for approximately 20 minutes.
You can also freely use these biscuit cookies dough as a base for your dessert when you want to prepare a cheese cake next time.
It is necessarily just to cut the amount of sugar needed to prepare the dessert.
