To prepare these dough rolls you need the following ingredients:
1 kg./35 oz all-purpose flour
250ml./1 cup milk
250ml./1 cup water
80ml./ 1/4 cup cooking oil
10 gr./0.35 oz active dry yeast
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
First, knead the dough with all ingredients I’ve mentioned above, put it aside approximately for an hour, so that it rises and increases its volume.
After it rises, knead it once again and divide into ten equal parts. Make dough balls from each part of the dough.
Prepare to start shaping the rolls.
Then, take one dough ball and knead it well, until the dough gets its shape for around 3 mm.
Cut the crust into 8 equal parts and start rolling each part from the wider side.
Put the already shaped rolls into previously butter greased baking tray.
100 gr./ 3.5 oz butter
1 tbsp mustard
50 gr./ 1.7 oz sesame
Whisk the yolk and the mustard, and then coat each dough roll on the top side, after you’ve finished shaping the rolls.
Put the sesame on the rolls, with additionally a slice of butter on some of it.
Finally, heat the oven at 250º C / 480º F and bake the rolls approximately 15 minutes.
After they cool for a while, enjoy their taste.
