1 kg beets
1 tablespoon salt

100 ml. vinegar

First, wash beets well, and make sure you removed the mud.
Then, peel the beets, and cut into thin slices so that it boils easier.
If you have more time, you can chop beets into small cubes. If the beets are not that much big, just peel it.
You can also boil beets without being chopped, but you’ll need more time to boil it.
Pour beets with water after you’ve chopped or sliced them, so that water covers the beets entirely, and boil at medium temperature.
Beets boiling should be ready for approximately an hour.
