Easy Banana Cheesecake Recipe as a real choice just for your taste.
I’m not sure about you, but to me banana is one of my favorite fruits, and every flavor related to it makes me feel satisfied.
It is one of the older recipes that are recorded in My Culinary Stories notebook.
Just as many other recipes, this one has underwent several changes and is adjusted according to my personal tastes.

4 egg whites
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
6 tablespoons grind nuts
2 tablespoons regular white flour

I must emphasize that we prepare two separate parts of dough, by using the same ingredients.
First, divide egg yolks from egg whites, and then blend them using blender until they become hard.
Add the rest of the ingredients gradually, and blend until they turn into a consistent mixture.
Then, grease baking tray with some cooking oil, put baking paper onto it, and pour the entire mixture at the end.
You must bake two separate parts that will be used as a base for such great banana cheesecake.
Put aside both parts to cool down when they are ready, and prepare the cake cream in meanwhile.
Ingredients you need to prepare Easy Banana Cheesecake Recipe cream:
500 gr. cream cheese
200 gr. powdered sugar
100 ml. milk
300 gr. sweet cream
Preparation of Easy Banana Cheesecake Recipe cream:
First, put gelatin into the milk so that it dissolves well.
Blend the cream cheese together with powdered sugar, so that they conjoin together well.
Then, add the sweet cream gradually, into which you’ve added the dissolved gelatin previously.
Keep on blending, so that all ingredients conjoin together into a consistent mixture.
Put the first part of the base into a cake baking tray, and sprinkle it with some lukewarm milk.
Then, pour half of the cream cheese onto it.
Cut bananas along their length and arrange onto the cream.
Add the other part of the cream and level its surface. At the end put the second part of the cake base and sprinkle it also with some lukewarm milk.
Finally, put the cake into a refrigerator so that it becomes solid. In meanwhile prepare the last part – the decoration.
Ingredients you need to prepare the cake decoration:
300 ml. sweet cream
100 gr. chocolate
1 tablespoon cooking oil
First, melt chocolate at low temperature, together with the cooking oil.
Blend sweet cream aside, and coat the entire cake when it is ready.
Finally, pour the melted chocolate onto the cake.
You can also end the decoration with some banana, sliced into small rounds if you want. It is all optional.
