Ingredients for Decorative Festive Salted Muffins:


500 gr. flour

2 tbsp corn flour

250 ml. lukewarm milk

100 ml. olive oil

2 eggs


1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp sugar

Additives for the dough:

100 gr. grated Parmesan

100 gr. grated goat cheese

100 gr. ham chopped into small cubes

50 gr. bacon chopped into small cubes

50 gr. olives finely chopped

For coating:
if necessary butter

Preparation of Decorative Festive Salted Muffins:

Put eggs, yeast, oil, milk, salt, sugar and half of the flour in a bowl. Mix with an electric mixer to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then continue to add more flour and mix it thoroughly.

You need to get the dough a bit softer and softer than that for bread, so it’s best to use a mixer.

After the dough is well mixed, add the remaining ingredients and mix them to equalize.

Cover the dough and allow it to rest for 20 minutes.

Carry it with oily hands, tear parts and put them in molds for pralines, muffins, etc.  I made forms with those that are available to me.

Allow them to rest for about 20 minutes. If desired, you can cover them with a crushed egg and sift them with sesame seeds or other seeds.

Place them in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes to get a creamy color.

When you remove them from the oven, coat them with butter, let them cool down and assemble them in a plastic bag until they are served.
