Chrono bread in my way !!!

As I’ve already mentioned, chrono diet includes chrono bread consuming just for the breakfast.

Pay attention to it since it must be prepared out of flour such as rye, barley, buckwheat, and is made of baking powder instead of yeast.

I would present the way of chrono bread preparation I often use to prepare.

The preparation lasts for 5 minutes, with additional 30 minutes more needed for baking.

Ingredients for chrono bread :

1 cup of rye flour

1 cup of barley flour

teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon Himalayan salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons linseeds

5 teaspoons sunflower seeds

2 teaspoons pumpkin seeds

1 ½ cup of water

1 1/2 teaspoons sesame

Preparation or chrono bread :

First, put both types of flour and baking powder, then mix well, and add all above mentioned types of seeds.

Mix well again, and add both olive oil and water.

Make sure enter mixture turns out consistent.

Put some baking paper in a suitable baking tray, and grease it with a few drops of olive oil.

Pour entire mixture, level it well, and sprinkle with sesame.

Bake at 200 C for approximately half an hour.
