Chicken tenders corn flakes is a recipe that can be used in many occasions, such as a snack when you have your friends gathered at your house, and also as a fine snack that your kids really adore.

1 kg chicken breasts
6 tablespoons mustard
2 cups corn flakes
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

First, wash chicken well, and then strain it or wipe it with a clean kitchen towel.
Tenderize chicken breasts using meat tenderizer, but just for a while so that they become thinner, which helps to reduce the time you need to roast.
When steaks are tenderized, cut them into long thin slices (you can choose length of the slices on your own), or simply choose the shape you like.
Put steaks into a bowl after you’ve arranged it, and add some salt and black pepper.
Stir it all well so that mustard covers each chicken steak.

Finally, roast steaks for approximately half an hour at 200 C.
