Chicken breast with mushrooms and cheddar cheese recipe that I’m proudly presenting you today is the most delicious meal I’ve tried recently.

Chicken is my favorite meat, and combined with cheese…just extraordinary.

It is also one of those recipes that are perfect to be experimented with additions and combinations with many other ingredients.

I’ve just got to an idea next time to prepare some with ingredients I have on disposal, and also to add some peas so that it turns out more creative.

What do you think, what fits the best with such combination of ingredients?

Now I’m going to present you the recipe for such simple, but delicious meal.

Ingredients:

800 gr. Chicken breast

600 gr. potatoes

500 gr. mushrooms

1 carrot

5 cloves of garlic

300 ml. sour cream

250 gr. cheddar cheese

1 bulb of onion

Black pepper grains

salt

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Preparation:

First, boil potatoes into a pot, but make sure they do not boil completely, but just for a while so that they soften.

Preheat some cooking oil at medium temperature aside, and add both finely cut onion and carrot to stir-fry until it turns brown.

Add nicely sliced mushrooms to stir-fry as well.

After stir-frying it all, add chicken breast to stir-fry until it turns brown.

Pour sour cream onto the steak, but only after it is fried well.

Arrange crispy sliced potatoes into roasting tray, add some rosemary, salt and pepper, and pour the topping with chicken steak.

Cover entire roasting tray with thinly sliced cheddar cheese or simply grate cheese onto steaks if this way is easier for you.

Roast for about 25-30 minutes at 200 C.

Terrific! Just try it!

Serve with season salad and a glass of fine white wine.
