Preparation Breaded Vienna Sausage Prepared In Beer Mixture :

First, boil Vienna Sausages in a pot at low temperature, and prepare the breading mixture at the same time.

Prepare a bowl with the other ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt and black pepper, then mix them well and finally add the rest of the ingredients.

Add an egg, some mustard and beer. Mix it all well so that the mixture must turn out thicker than a pancake mixture.

If mixture turns out thinner than required, add some more flour, and in case mixture turns out thicker, just add another egg or pour some more beer.

When Vienna Sausages are boiled, cut in two halves or four quarters, or do not cut them at all. The choice is certainly on your own.

Preheat some cooking oil, then roll each frankfurter in both flour and breading mixture at last.

Drop Vienna sausage into the cooking oil and deep-fry until they turn brown.

Finally, arrange deep-fried breaded Vienna Sausages on a napkin paper, so that they release the surplus of grease.

Serve as an addition to some sauce or spread containing much mustard. Also choose some freshly prepared season salad.

Bon appétit!
