Bolognese pasta sauce is a recipe that once you try it, you’ll always prepare in this way, since it is just delicious.
This sauce perfectly fits with all kinds of pastry, no matter whether it comes to macaroni, spaghetti, noodles etc.
The preparation is quite easy, a piece of cake I would say, and it does not require some special culinary skills to prepare it perfectly.
Ingredients you need for Bolognese pasta sauce:
400 gr. ground meat (type of meat is optional)
200 gr. bacon
1 bulb of onion
5 tablespoons tomato purѐ
150 ml. white wine
200 ml. milk
Fresh basil leaves
Preparation of Bolognese pasta sauce:
First, put the finely cut bacon into a pan and fry it for a while with a little olive oil.
Make sure you don’t put too much oil because the bacon itself releases some of the grease that it contains.
So, fry the bacon for a while, until it becomes brown.
Then, add all finely cut onion, celery and carrot, and fry them as well until they become brown too.
When onion is ready, add the ground meat, and fry for a while so that it changes its color.
Add tomato purѐe, white wine, and then steam at low temperature until meat becomes soft and absorbs the milk.
You can also add some more milk if required, and dilute Bolognese pasta sauce to the thickness you prefer.
Finally, serve this extraordinary sauce topped onto your favorite pastry, and last but not least, put some grated parmesan onto it too.
