Popularity of cheesecake as a dessert rises dramatically nowadays, and captures the hearts of million people around the world every day.
People use their own version of cheesecake preparation, but today I’m presenting the way I use to prepare this great recipe.
Ingredients you need to prepare the base of the Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe:
300 gr ground cracker
100 gr. butter
100 ml. milk
Ingredients you need to prepare the filling:
300 gr. cream cheese
200 ml. sweet cream
150 gr. powdered sugar
Ingredients you need to prepare the glaze for Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe :
500 gr. frozen blueberries
150 gr. sugar
Preparation of Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe:
First, put crackers into a plastic bag, and then ground the cracker using kitchen rolling pin.
Pour cracker into a bowl when it is already ground, and add both melted butter and milk.
Stir well so that all ingredients conjoin well together into a consistent mixture.
Then grease a cooking pattern, and pour the cracker mixture.
Cram mixture well with a help of an ordinary glass so that the base of the cheesecake gets a good shape.
Mix sweet cream aside into another bowl, and then add cheese cream, sugar and gelatin.
Pour filling onto the cheesecake base pattern, when it is all mixed well, and spread well as a recipe’s second layer.
Refrigerate the mixture that is put in the pattern, and then prepare cheesecake’s blueberry glaze.
Put blueberries, sugar and gelatin into a boiling pot at low temperature.
Stir again so that sugar dissolves well with both blueberries and gelatin.
You don’t have to boil the glaze, just warm it well. That will be quite enough.
Put glaze aside to cool down for a while when ready, and also pour into the cake pattern.
Finally, refrigerate the dessert for couple of hours, and you can start enjoying it afterwards.
