200 grams of Butter
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard

Leave the butter at room temperature, than put the garlic in a blender all-together with the salt, parsley, mustard and lemon juice.
In a separate bowl put the butter, add the mixture from the blender and mix well with a spoon to unite.
For this amount Butter cream has a very intense taste of garlic. If you want garlic its ok, but if you don`t, I recommend to put less garlic.
