Homemade juicy spinach & chicken pate recipe is a great opportunity to prepare it when you have some of the chicken left from the meal you’ve previously had.
Ingredients for homemade juicy spinach & chicken pate :
200 gr. spinach
200 gr. roast chicken
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon sesame
2 cloves of garlic
Ground black pepper
Preparation of homemade juicy spinach & chicken pate :
The preparation of such recipe starts with putting the fresh spinach leaves in lukewarm water so that they become soft.
In case you use frozen spinach, all you have to do is to sauté for a while at low temperature so that it releases some of the juice it contains.
When spinach is prepared, sauté sesame altogether with sunflower so that it turns brown.
In meanwhile, chop chicken you need to prepare the recipe.
Put spinach altogether with sesame and sunflower, chicken, garlic, then add salt, black pepper and some olive oil so that it turns into smooth mixture.
As you can see, I put 2 tablespoons olive oil at the beginning, but since mixture did not turn that much juicy, I added one additional teaspoon of oil.
You can freely adjust the amount of grease according to your own liking.
Spinach & chicken pate is greatly combined with potatoes for example, some meat, or simply it is spread on a piece of bread.
